Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same from others. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice for any infringement claims. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions against such claims.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed;
  3. Details on the infringing material and its location;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party.

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresenting information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices must be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt action.

Any copyright infringement claims we receive may be shared with the alleged infringer, and by submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. This must include your signature, details of the removed material, a statement of good faith belief, and your contact information.

Our Repeat Infringer Policy ensures that accounts of repeat offenders are terminated.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change our DMCA policy at any time. Please check back regularly for updates.
